Bright and contemporary was the goal behind this Burlington house flip. Walls were painted and new floor tiles were added in the kitchen, bathroom, and living space. A kitchen wall was replaced by an open concept bar seating arrangement to create a seamless flow between the living space and kitchen. When staging this home, we opted for a classic contemporary look with soft inviting textures and rounded furniture lines. White and neutral tones were used when renovating the bathroom to visually enlarge the space.
