"Lifestyle Designed"

Our goal with this basement design was to create an open concept living area that could function as separate spaces while still maintaining the flow of one inviting room. First: the "theater space" includes a 60" LED TV and a 120" projection screen which are highlighted by raised seating and 7.1 surround sound. Second: an intimate seating lounge area with electric fireplace and pendant lighting. Third: A walk-up wet bar with generous wine and beverage storage with enough room for a gaming table. Fourth: Exercise area Fifth: A dry sauna/washroom. Sixth: Children's play/TV area. Seventh: Plenty of storage! The result is approximately 1700 sq ft of space maximized to the inch and very happy clients!
