“We want Vegas downstairs…” That was the bold vision our client shared when I asked what they dreamed of for their brand-new home’s 3,500 sq. ft. basement.
Our challenge was to craft a captivating entertainment oasis that whisked our clients away from everyday life, while distinctly contrasting the style of their impeccably designed home upstairs. Challenge accepted!
The result is a fully self-sufficient, indulgent retreat that feels like a luxurious weekend getaway. Complete with a guest suite, three bathrooms, a fully-equipped kitchen and dining area, a steam sauna, a custom games zone, a pool table, a 16-foot bar, and a striking 14-foot glass wine cellar feature wall framing the spacious seating and TV area, every detail was designed for maximum enjoyment.
